How Executive Coaching Works

1. Assessing the Situation:
Assessments include the use of several industry standard tools, including Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI®), Benchmarks® and the Herrmann Brain Dominance Instrument (HBDI). Additionally, your coach may receive feedback from your boss, peers and subordinates regarding your strengths and areas of opportunities. The results enable us to identify issues and craft strategies for improvement in many areas such as:

  • Developing personal self-awareness
  • Individual/group diagnosis and intervention
  • Leveraging individual and team capabilities
  • Customer/selling strategies

Additional Program Information

There are three levels of support:

Corporate executive programs range from $15,000-$25,000 for a year relationship. Lynn accepts three executives a year in this program.  

The mid-level management coaching program is by phone twice a month with a six month commitment. The financial investment is $5,500 and includes an HBDI assessment and feedback.

If you are personally investing in your own development, Lynn offers her expertise by phone for $150-$250 per hour; a minimum of two hours per month.

Each program may be customized to meet specific individual needs.
