One of the most intriguing parts of the Herrmann Brain Dominance (HBDI) feedback is how our behavior may change in times of stress. We often see the “light bulb” go off with the realization that behaviors we do not expect sometimes happen because we are hard wired to act that way.

It can help explain why people get confused with us because we send mixed signals. The good news is there are ways to manage it and you learn how to do that in your debrief session.

 

Paired HBDI Analysis

We have received requests for couple or pair HBDI assessment feedback.

Paired analysis is often done with boss-subordinate or peer to peer relationships; couple analysis is for spouses or significant others to assess how their thinking styles affect their relationship and to take steps improve it.

When selecting pair or couple option, each of you receives an additional report outlining how your profiles interact, balance or counter-balance with one another. This insight can be the answer to why breakdowns in communication may be hindering progress in your relationship.

HBDI Assessment & Debrief Options

Shipping out of the U.S. will be done by priority mail with a shipping fee. Import taxes and duties are your responsibility.

The HBDI assessment is taken online. Once payment is made, you will receive the access information to take it.

Individuals, pairs or couples may receive their HBDI assessment profile information via mail including a one hour feedback session by phone (U.S. only) for a basic introduction fee.

Larger groups should contact me directly. To make your payment immediately through PayPal, select your option (you can use a credit card too by selecting that option).

Instructions for Completing the HBDI Assessment via the Internet:

The instrument takes about 20 minutes to complete. There are no right or wrong answers, fill it out honestly. To complete your profile:

  1. Go to http://www.herrmannsolutions.com/assessment/
  2. Underneath the “I have an access code” select your preferred language
  3. Next, type in the key that you have received from me
  4. Next, click on the group with name you have received from me
  5. Complete the survey and click “submit”
  6. Please wait until you get the confirmation page, and then you can exit the program. That’s all there is to it!

After finishing the assessment, your individual profile is generated. I will contact you to receive your results and set up your HBDI assessment debrief session!
